My first Axial kit and first trail truck - really simple build. Watched some of Joe Ferguson's G6 build vids: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=chYyAHxyPVI&list=PLsOrUotsbgajVIMUqSCKBMo1FMjDVTHH0 and saw some good changes to the actual build.
Rccrawler was a great inspiration as well as right here in RCG :)
The 2nd body build plan has begun, with Baronen delivering some friggin' sweet numberplates for it. So far all I know is that it will also be a Jeep version.
About the colour...hmmm, was supposed to be some wicked bright metallic red. Came out a deep WTF metallic bronze/red hue with hints of "what the hell happened??". All in all, I'm satisfied with my first ever paintjob and now know not to use dark grey as backing ;)
