    Traxxas Racing Wins in Primm

The racing action was smoking hot in the desert for rounds 3 and 4 of the Championship Off-Road Racing Series in Primm, Nevada. Traxxas driver Jeff Kincaid claimed the top spot on the podium in the packed round 3 Pro Lite class on Saturday, defeating twenty-six hard-charging competitors. Kincaid qualified second, putting himself in a good position to contend for the win. For round 4 on Sunday Jeff stayed on the podium with a strong 3rd place finish, placing him second overall in points after four rounds and only one point out of first place.

In Pro 4 round-3 competition, the number 47 Traxxas truck piloted by Mike Jenkins put down a super-aggressive run that led to a strong 5th place finish. “We didn’t get the time we wanted in round-3 qualifying and ended up starting at the back of the pack. When the flag dropped I had to push the Traxxas truck hard to climb back into the top 5.” In round 4 competition, the Traxxas #47 landed another top-ten finish in 8th place. Driver Mike Jenkins is currently 10th overall in the points run for Pro 4.
In Pro 2 competition, driver Mark Jenkins in his #25 Traxxas truck also made some incredible come back runs. In Saturday’s round-3 race, Mark qualified at the back of the pack and drove hard to a 12th place finish. In Sunday’s round-4 race, Mark qualified 10th but was put at the back of the 25 truck field after a mishap on lap 2. Mark drove the #25 Traxxas Pro 2 on the rev limiter, back through the traffic for a top ten finish in 9th place. Mark is currently sitting twelfth overall in the points race.

Back at the pits, the Traxxas team was on hand displaying the full range of Traxxas nitro and electric radio controlled models including the new Slash short-course race truck. Six lucky winners signed up for the giveaway and were the first in the country to take home new Radio Controlled Traxxas Slash short course race trucks. The giveaway was sponsored by Traxxas and Championship Off-Road Racing. Be sure to stop by the Traxxas tent at the next CORR race in Pomona, California on June 7-8 and enter to win.

Du må side med næsen trykket imod skærmen hele dagen for at grave alt det op.
Men ellers, fedt nok, det bliver sjovt at se den i funktion, Traxxas plejer at lave ret gode offroadere smiley
